Mission:  The Gregory P. St. Amand Memorial Fund benefits art, music, and scout projects for youth in honor of Greg’s expressed desire to mentor creativity and nature appreciation in young people.

The Gregory P.  St. Amand Memorial Fund is accepting requests for 2018 grants! Deadline is Feb. 28, 2018.

We’ll select one to two recipients. (This is in addition to our annual grant to BSA Troop 75 for high adventure scholarships.)

Programs or projects that provide art and/or music outreach to local (Manhattan, KS) youth are eligible.

To request a grant, email by Feb. 28. Tell us how your program or project will use the grant to provide life-enhancing art or music opportunities for local youth.

We’ll announce our recipients on March 1, 2018.

The Manhattan Arts Center, scholarships for youth art and music programs
BSA Troop 75, scholarships for wilderness trips.
USD 383 District, Manhattan High School Art department for students in need.

For its annual fundraiser, the Gregory P.  St. Amand Memorial Fund participated in the Greater Manhattan Community Foundation’s Grow Green Match Day on April 21, 2017. All donations $25 to $1000 given on that day were matched 50%. For more information, visit GrowGreenMatchDay.
THANK YOU to those who helped us grow Greg’s fund by donating on Grow Green Match Day.
